The mission of OLLIN YOLIZTLI CALMECAC is to investigate, understand and raise awareness of the MEXICAYOTL culture, which flourished in Mexico prior to the arrival of the Spanish in 1492.

In 2010-2017, OYC is funded by The  Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance, which is committed to assisting the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts under the proram: Program Stream. In 2013, we received the support of Bread & Roses, through the Oppurtunity Fund.   From 2003 to 2010, Ollin Yoliztli Calmecac has been funded by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, in the category of Perserving Diverse Cultures.
